Placinta Andrei / Andrew's Pie



2.Asta e o varianta de CRUMBLE
Avem nevoie:
              pentru Crumble
225 g faina
90 g zahar
1 priza sare
115 g unt
coaja rasa de la 1/2 lamaie                                         
             Pentru umplutura
          100 g zahar
             1 kg branza de vaci
             3 oua
             coaja rasa de la 1/2 lamaie
             1 mana de stafide muiate in rom

Cum se face
   Preancalziti cuptorul la 200 C.
   Amestecati zaharul sarea si faina intr-un castron.Taiati untul bucatele si amestecati-l in faina.Amestecati cu mana, cu varful degetelor pana obtineti o compozitie asemanatoare cu pesmetul de paine.Adaugati coaja rasa de lamaie.Puneti deoparte.
   In alt castron, bateti bine ouale cu zaharul , adaugati branza dulce, stafidele muiate in rom si coaja de lamaie.
   Ungeti o tava de prajitura cu unt si tapetati cu gris.Adaugati compozitia de branza. Deasupra presarati acel crumble ( pesmet )obtinut mai devreme.Faceti o movilita spre centrul tavii si lasati mai putin pe margini, ca sa se coaca bine branza.
   Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit, cam 25 - 30 min.
   Serviti ca atare sau cu smantana.O idee si mai buna : serviti cu crema de ou.
   Este foarte bun si simplu.Pofta buna!

This is a kind of CRUMBLE
We need:
           Crumble
225 g plain flour
90 g sugar
1 pinch salt
115 g butter
some grated lemon peel
            Filling
            100 g sugar
            1 kg cottage cheese
                3 eggs
                 1/2 cup raisins soaked in rum
            some grated lemon peel
Directions

      Shift flour sugar salt and grated lemon peel into a bowl. Cut the butter into chunks and rub it into flour. Mix with your hands until you get a mixture that looks like breadcrumbs. Set aside.
      In an another bowl rub eggs and sugar until pale and thick.Add cottage cheese, raisins and grated lemon peel.
     Grease a baking sheet with some butter and "flour" with crumb. Pour  the cheese composition . Sprinkle the crumble topping over the cheese, pilling it high in the middle of the dish and leaving space at the edge.
     Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 min. Cheese must be cooked  and the crumble golden on top.
     Serve like that, or with cream. But a much better serve idea  : “serve with custard!”
